Because we work in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market and we remember what it was like to reach that point where we could own our own home, we devote a good deal of our time working with and for you, the First Time Home Buyer of Tampa Bay.
Team Sumberg regularly holds FREE informative classes and seminars with guest speakers representing Mortgage Lenders, Title and Closing, Home Inspections, Home Warranties and more. These seminars are NOT held to sell you a home or anything else. We simply wish to help to inform, educate and prepare you as you move along the way to owning your own home. Many of our attendees have told us that our two hour session has given them more information and confidence to move forward than anything else they have attended. This is our goal!
Our next FREE class will be held at our Keller Williams Training Facility in Brandon on Highway 60, just a block from the Brandon Mall.
